Specs has created an eyewear experience for children, we have converted the loft into a magic treehouse of sorts, complete with forest pillow seats, a sparkling light-up antique eyewear trunk - created by a local artist, giant fun glasses, children’s books featuring eyewear, a large mirror for admiring…and a sloth mask….there’s a story there. 

Specs carries frames for children too! Kyla saw a need for kid’s eyewear on the central coast, not just frames, but also the knowledge in how to fit children properly. One day, while visiting her daughter’s dentist, who had balloon animals and a treasure chest, she thought, “Why don’t we do this for eyewear?” Glasses, like the dentist, can be a stressful experience for the kids and the parents, and she is determined to take the worries out and make it fun!
