We are not in-network with any vision plans. We are happy to fill out the out-of-network paperwork and submit it with an itemized receipt for your insurance to reimburse you.

We do not have a doctor in the shop but can accept any RX from outside doctors as long as your exam was within 2 years. We are happy to offer local recommendations, feel free to reach out!

Yes! We can run your card through and we will also provide a thorough receipt for proof of purchase, either printed or emailed.

Yes, typically we can repair them in the shop (missing screws, nose-pad replacements) but we also work with a lab who can do more intensive repairs.

Usually the turnaround time is 10-14 business days. Sometimes we get things quicker, depending on your prescription and frame selections.

Appointments are preferred so we can give you our undivided attention in selecting the perfect eyewear. Walk-ins are never turned away, you may just have to wait a bit if we are with someone. We also may suggest you schedule something if it will be a long wait.

Yes, we have many sunglasses (some polarized) ready to be fitted immediately and you can wear them out! We also carry a selection of over the counter readers.

No, we do not.

Yes, happy to. We are not able to accept liability if something were to break at the lab. We will evaluate before sending your frame and advise you if there are any noticeable concerns.

Yes, again, we are careful but it will be at your own risk. Different levels of frame quality/age affect the ability to adjust a frame successfully.

Ultimately, we want you to love your eyewear and we encourage you to take your time in considering before purchasing. There are no refunds on purchases. Exchanges are handled on a case to case basis within 30 days of dispense. Due to the custom nature of prescription lenses, all lens sales are final.

Yep, right past our building there is a driveway between the buildings, enter there and you will find free parking for customers of El Paseo Plaza.
